Changed the way we eat
Man, this thing is the best. We are expats from MO who moved to the Seattle a couple of decades ago, and none of the local BBQ joints have been as good as what we remember (we love our KC style meats). Husband bought this a couple of years ago after doing a ton of research. We routinely smoke chicken thighs, StL style ribs, and brisket. We've done a couple of pork shoulders, a duck, and a full sized Thanksgiving turkey. The ease of use makes it so simple to just turn it on, set it, and forget it. Love love love our little grill!

Great for the camper
I am a bit of a grill collector. Somewhere in the area of 12 total with 7 pellet grills by all or the major players so I consider myself “informed”. Hands down this is the best portable pellet grill on the market and actually I. Top three overall for me. Very well built, well engineered, and very fairly priced. I have my favorites in each category, from bare bones to decked out and this is by far best “all around”. If you are looking for a portable pellet, you can stop shopping and buy this one

Wish I could get a bigger one
Fantastic..the chimp is priced great for a first pellet grill. I've made jerkey on racks I bought, pulled pork 13 hour slow smoke, 2 chuck roasts, and hand ground brisket burgers using the sear grates I got. I just wish the Silverback was in the 500 dollar range only complaint that I have. Great product and all the videos on you tube are fantastic. It was nice seeing the sales person Jeremy I bought grill from on jerkey video. Go team. I posted several videos of my own on my Facebook.
