I think the chimp performed very well, the chicken turned out great. I loved the app which allowed me to do chores around the property and control the cook from anywhere! Very well built grill and looks good too! I have a couple of minor suggestions, how about a small bead of caulk around the control board to make it a bit more weather proof? Likewise a bead of hi temp silicone around the chamber lid to seal in more smoke and heat? It would be at nominal cost and should be beneficial? What is your opinion? Thank you for a great grill!

Start Up
Initially difficulty’s with the manual. Not as clear as we would have liked. With perseverance and internet we ultimately figured it out. First cook was our thanksgiving turkey. It turned out well, cooked at 325 degrees. 2 hours and15 min and it was done. Only complaint it was not as smokey tasting as I would have liked. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. Excellent quality. And “Bonzo” the Chimp performed well.
