Everything I Hoped For

I love my new Grilla grill. Everything about it has met or exceeded my expectations. That includes packaging/delivery, customer service, quality components and ease of use. I’ve had the grill for five days and have pumped out burgers, Boston butt and spareribs. Couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Solid build

The Grilla is very solid. Good construction but might have a couple design flaws. The first being that the lid is hard to rotate open when smoking at 225+ due to thermal expansion. The rotating lid might also create some gasket issues is the future, seems like it could need replaced every few years. The smoker also seems to struggle reaching higher temperatures. This is my first pellet smoker so I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it seems like it takes entirely too long. It was a colder day when I set it up and turned it on for the first time, aiming to reach 400+ degrees to burn off manufacturing oils and it took me an hour to reach 390 while using the company brand pellets. Seems excessive. Overall, great product so far. Should’ve gotten one years ago.

Great Smoker

I love "almost" everything about the grill.. I really love the grill my only complaint and I don't know if it is legit or not because this is my first smoker, but it doesn't get to high temp or keep high temps. I tried to cook a pizza last night (on the gorilla stone) and it came out okay at best because i couldn't the grill above about 350. It hit 400 briefly but it averaged with the pizza mid to low 300's. I had the same problem with a steak recently. I was hoping a smoker was all i was going to need but it appears i might need a grill to in order to seer. Other than that the grill KICKS BUTT !!!!

Grilla Cover

It’s heavy & strong. I’m very happy with it I know it will last a long time. My wife wanted me to use a plastic bag. Once she seen it she was very happy with it too.
