Works awesome for searing without having to crank the temp up completely. Just put in the grill to warm up while cooking and when ready turn heat to desired temp and sear away. Leaves great sear marks! Works well on my Silverbac as well.

Awesome product
It works awesome. The whole grill is amazing. If you get a grill/steak weight you will get perfect grill marks. I recommend this product. Also love pizza stone. Makes amazing pizza.
