Great Sear
So far I have made burgers and reverse seared a couple of thick NY steaks with these grates. I am very happy, as they are easy to use. I got the perfect sear and a great taste, just about the best steaks I have made at home. My wife agreed. I am happy with the purchase and look forward to breaking them them in even more.
