Returns:
We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any fulfillment errors we make resulting in shipping incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Happy New Owner
I ordered a Silverbac for my husband and he used it for the first time on Easter Sunday for a pork butt. He was extremely happy with the outcome as well as the amount of time he had to spend monitoring and adjusting-very little! Compared to his last smoke with a traditional smoker, this was well worth the investment!
