Best life hack for grilling or smoking fish…
I’ve eaten way more than my fair share of salmon and other fish hot off the grill. This is the perfect option to get smoked fish on and off the grate easy, while letting all the sides soak up that great smoke flavor. An absolute have to have when smoking big salmon filets! I’ll always keep extra spares on hand. Thanks, TDH
