Delivered in 3 work days. All parts were there and in good shape. It took me a couple of hours to put together. So far I've made pork chops, burgers, and pizza on it. When I did the pizza it was 1 degree outside. Everything turned out great. I've got ribs on as I type this. My experience with the Silverbac so far has exceeded my expectations. This is my first smoker and I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting one sooner.
I have purchased and used many different grills and smokers over the past several years. I have never been so impressed with a smoker/grill from day one. I’ve smoked pork butts and grilled ribeye steaks on this thing. Every single thing I’ve cooked on the Silverback has been absolutely amazing! My recommendation for these grills comes without any reservation! I’m completely satisfied and would buy another one without hesitation! Get a Grilla and you’ll never look back!

This Grilla Silverback works AWESOME ! I took this grill with me on a recent vacation to Dauphin Island Alabama and cooked on it for a whole week. We grilled Chicken, Pork chops, Hamburgers and Sasauge using Grilla Rubs. The Meats all turned out GREAT on The Silverback ! For the Grand Finale, a 17 lb Prime Brisket that I carefully trimmed and seasoned. Once again, AWESOME ! After the Brisket hit 165-170 degrees I wrapped it and let it go 3 more hours at 225. I love the way this grill holds temperature. The Brisket just melted in your mouth moist and juicy with perfect hickory smoke flavor. We made brisket tacos the last 2 days and they were great also. I recommend the GRILLA PRODUCTS to All My Friends Now. Thank You again George and Curtis at the Grilla Team Farmers Branch Location for all your help !
