Asiago Hash Brown Casserole

Who does not love hash browns? Well, we sure do here at Grilla Grills! This recipe takes no time to throw together and not only makes a great side dish, but stands up great on its own as well! So give this one a try and ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 1 thirty ounce bag of shredded hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 eight ounce container of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour contents of bowl into a greased, oven safe, pan; place into the smoker.

Cook for one hour, uncovered.

ENJOY!

TIP: Add 1.5 cups of diced ham to make a great dish for breakfast OR dinner!
