Ham and Cheese Breakfast Frittata

You know they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it amazing! This easy to follow frittata recipe is quick to put together, done in no-time, and sure to be a crowd pleaser. SO, the next time time you have some left over ham, a bit of cheese, and a few eggs laying around make something delicious!

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/8 cup olive oil

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 425 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, crack all of the eggs and lightly scramble.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, with the eggs, and mix thoroughly; set aside.

Heat a medium skillet on the stove top and add the butter and oil.

Add the egg mixture and scramble until half way cooked.

IMMEDIATELY, put the skillet into the pre-heated smoker and cook the eggs scramble for 20 minutes.

Remove, turn out onto a plate, slice, and ENJOY!
