Hasselback Potatoes

The next time you are in the mood for a baked potato but you feel like jazzing things up just a bit, give this recipe a try. These potatoes are easy to make, taste great, and look super cool as well. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, cleaned and patted dry
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Directions

Preheat smoker to 425 degrees.

Carefully slice the potatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through, leaving them in tact one centimeter from the bottom.

Drizzle the melted over the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Place in the smoker for one hour.
