Sirloin Steak and Bacon Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 10oz Sirloin Steaks
  • 1/2 lb Bacon
  • Grilla All Purpose Rub

Directions

  1. Cube up the sirloin and bacon and run them through the MEAT! 0.5HP Grinder.
  2. Season the mixture with Grilla All Purpose Rub and mix together by hand.
  3. Line the MEAT! Hamburger Patty Maker with a greaseproof paper and make 1/4 burgers.
  4. Fire up the Grilla Kong Kamado Grill to 375°+ and get to grilling.
  5. When the burgers are almost done, put on your favorite type of cheese, toppings, and enjoy!
