Smoked Pork Chops

What is better than a good old fashioned pork chop?! Well, a smoked good old fashioned pork chop of course! This recipe is literally as easy as 1-2-3, and it never fails to deliver. Give this recipe a go and ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 4 eight ounce bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Grilla Grills All Purpose Rub, to taste

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.

Apply the olive oil evenly to the pork chops on all sides.

Generously season the both sides of the chops with the A.P. rub.

Place seasoned pork onto the smoker and cook for 1-1.5 hours OR until you have an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Remove from smoker and let rest for ten minutes.
