Whole Smoked Beef Tenderloin

If you want an easy way to feed a crowd and still come across like a Rockstar, this dish is the one for you. Your guests will love it and you will get a pretty killer meal out of the whole deal too! SO, give this whole smoked tenderloin a go and you will not be let down. ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole beef tenderloin, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees and let your tenderloin come to room temperature.

Rub the oil onto the meat and GENEROUSLY season the beef with salt and pepper.

Place the seasoned meat onto the smoker and cook for one hour, or until you have an internal temperature of 110 degrees.

Let the meat rest and raise the temperature of your grill to 500 degrees.

Place the meat back onto the smoker and cook until you have an internal temperature of 130 degrees.

Remove meat from heat and let rest for 20 minutes.

Slice, serve and ENJOY!
