We want to provide you with the necessary tools to grill mouth-watering meals that everyone will enjoy with your Grilla Grill. We make it our mission, to have your purchase start you on a path of becoming the barbeque master of your neighborhood.

Order Acceptance

Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you may be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If you attempt to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must follow our Return and Refund Policy. Any order which is refused at delivery will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee, plus any and all shipping charges to and from the Ship To location. All such fees will be deducted prior to issuing a credit or refund, billed to the credit card used in ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any fulfillment errors we make resulting in shipping incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

RMA

You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise. At that time, you will be advised on shipping.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, transport time is approximately 5-10 business days for delivery.

Orders under $149 are subject to a flat fee of $20, Order over $149, before taxes ship free (conditions apply, please see below).

Shipping applies to Canada; however, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Labrador, PEI and certain non-standard or remote areas are Not eligible for free shipping. If you suspect your delivery address is a non-standard or remote area, we will gladly provide shipping quote, please call 306-250-1134.

All shipments over 50lbs will require access for truck delivery to front of your property. If you live in a limited access area or outside of our standard delivery area, it may be necessary to pick your product up at the nearest freight terminal. We will not be responsible for additional fees or compensate for deliveries outside our standard areas. If this is a concern, Please email admin@metalmarkcbg.com or call 306-250-1134. We will be glad to find the best solution.

Lift gate service is available for most of our standard palleted shipments. Using the powered tailgate the driver will take your pallet off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property.

It’s important to provide your main contact number and alternate if necessary, at the time of order.

Upon delivery examine the exterior of the box or bags for any visible damage. In the rare case you recognize material damage, take a picture and note when signing for delivery with the driver. Email image with order detail to admin@metalmarkcbg.com.

We will not be responsible for damaged items that are not clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery at time receiving shipment. By signing the proof of delivery, you accept ownership of the property in its current condition.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours and cannot be guaranteed to a specific time.

Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Large items are delivered at grade level to front of your address by use of powered tailgate of similar.

You must be able to receive parcel delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Tracking: Order Tracking number will be provided once shipped from our warehouse.

Assembly is Not Included.

Installation Not included.
