It was an undertaking that took the better part of 10 years to perfect. Once it was dialed in we took it to the World Championship BBQ Contest at Memphis in May and tied for 1st place with it. Thick & Bold continues to win week in and week out on the competition trail, but more importantly it’s mix of umami, sweet and tangy with a touch of heat will help make you a star in your backyard.
