Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you may be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If you attempt to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
Any order which is refused at delivery will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee, plus any and all shipping charges to and from the Ship To location. All such fees will be deducted prior to issuing a credit or refund, billed to the credit card used in ordering.
Returns and Refunds
We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any fulfillment errors we make resulting in shipping incorrect products will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
You must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise. At that time, you will be advised on shipping.
Please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for shipment of in-stock accessories; 7 to 10 business days on in-stock grills. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
